We’re partnering with an exciting DeepTech scale-up looking to hire a Head of Data to lead and grow a high-impact data function at a pivotal stage of the company’s journey.
This is a hands-on leadership role sitting close to the C-Suite, where you’ll shape data strategy, influence product and commercial decisions, and build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth.
You’ll join a small but highly capable Data Science team, taking ownership across both technical delivery and strategic direction.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong background in Data Science / Machine Learning
- Experience leading or mentoring high-performing technical teams
- Solid Data Engineering capabilities and understanding of modern data infrastructure
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and translate complex data into business impact
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment
Tech environment:
- Modern cloud-based data stack
- Machine learning and predictive analytics
- End-to-end ownership across data strategy, infrastructure, and insight generation
