This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with responsibility for scaling a modern data platform, growing a high-performing team, and driving data innovation across the company.

Must haves:

• 8–12+ years in data roles
• Leadership experience in high-growth environments
• Strong programming skills (Python preference)
• Experience running ML pipelines
• Familiarity with DBT and Terraform
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
