Head of Software Engineer: Hands on technical leadership & reporting to CTO

We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineering professional who is keen to play a critical role. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal point in the company’s journey and help deliver cutting-edge security-focused technology directly to customers.

What We're Looking For

• A strong academic background from a leading university, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals and strong programming experience in C++, Java, Rust, or Python.
• Modern frontend development skills using TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers and can clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Enthusiasm for travelling to client sites and collaborating closely with customers in a variety of environments.
• A highly credible engineer with a passion for writing clean, scalable, and high-quality code.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing Software Engineers and AI/ML Engineers while effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
