The Role

As a Senior RF Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of RF hardware for next-generation communication devices. You’ll be involved throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept through to validation and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise RF hardware for critical communication systems
  • Take ownership of RF development across the full lifecycle (concept, design, verification)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into complex systems
  • Ensure designs meet performance, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting in lab environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience designing RF circuits at both board and component level
  • Background in wireless/communication technologies (e.g. LTE, GSM, TETRA)
  • Experience with RF simulation and modelling tools such as ADS or CST
  • Proven ability to integrate RF designs into multi-disciplinary systems
  • Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
