As a Senior C++ Software Engineer , you’ll join a high-calibre team at a pivotal stage of growth, taking ownership of the development of core systems and helping shape the technical foundations of the business. This is an opportunity for an experienced C++ Developer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, influencing architectural decisions, and delivering software that operates at scale.

Working closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll design and build high-performance software , optimise complex platforms, and contribute directly to the company’s long-term technical direction using modern C++ .

What We’re Looking For

• Strong academic background in Computer Science , Engineering , Mathematics , Physics , or a related technical discipline from a leading university.
• Strong commercial experience as a C++ Developer with deep expertise in modern C++ , software engineering principles , algorithms , and data structures .
• Experience developing high-performance systems , low-latency applications , backend platforms , or scalable infrastructure using C++ .
• Strong understanding of systems programming , multithreading , concurrency , performance optimisation , and distributed systems .
• Ability to deliver clean, reliable, maintainable, and production-grade software .
• Exposure to TypeScript and/or JavaScript is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and the desire to contribute beyond day-to-day development.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and tackling ambiguous technical challenges.
