• Ability to convert customer and business needs into robust, scalable engineering solutions

• Experience influencing technical strategy and working closely with senior stakeholders

• Proven capability in leading, mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured and analytical approach to complex challenges

• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical specialists and wider business functions
