Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales) required for a high-growth cybersecurity start-up with an established and expanding enterprise customer base.

The next phase requires a technically strong engineer who can work directly with customers to solve complex infrastructure and security challenges, drive technical adoption, and help shape how the product evolves in real-world environments.

This is a foundational hire at an inflection point: established product-market fit, real customers, and meaningful upside.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with enterprise customers across onboarding, deployment, integrations, and ongoing technical adoption
  • Solve complex cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity challenges in production environments
  • Act as the bridge between customers and the engineering team
  • Build tooling, integrations, and scalable technical solutions to improve customer outcomes
  • Influence product roadmap and prioritisation through direct customer feedback
  • Help define and scale the company’s post-sales engineering function

Who You Are

  • Strong software engineer with customer-facing instincts and exposure
  • Experienced within cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tooling
  • Comfortable working directly with technical stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Able to troubleshoot deeply technical issues across modern cloud environments
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts for customers
  • Thrive in ambiguity: adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in early-stage environments
  • Motivated by ownership, speed, and building from the ground up
