We’re working with one of the most technically impressive early-stage engineering teams in Europe.
This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely high-calibre deeptech startup immediately after Series A funding, at the exact point where product-market fit has been proven and the company is beginning to scale aggressively across the UK and US.
The founders are both highly technical operators who have already built and exited a venture-backed startup in a transaction worth over $500M. They know what exceptional looks like — and they are building a team exclusively of elite engineers who want to operate at an extremely high technical bar.
This is not an AI company.
The focus here is building deeply technical, high-performance software products with real-world complexity, difficult engineering problems, and enormous scale ambitions. The company already has paying enterprise customers on both sides of the Atlantic and is now entering the next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building core product and platform systems from the ground up
- Working directly with the founders on technical and product direction
- Taking ownership of major architectural decisions
- Shipping rapidly in a high-trust, low-ego engineering culture
- Helping shape engineering standards, culture and hiring as the company scales
- Solving genuinely difficult technical problems at scale

- Exceptional software engineering fundamentals
- Strong academic background or evidence of elite technical ability
- Previous startup experience is valuable but not essential
- Passion for technology, systems and building products
