What they’re looking for

They’re looking for a genuinely senior Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in small, high-performing teams and enjoys operating with autonomy.

You’ll likely have:

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong product mindset and customer empathy
• Experience building across the full stack in either Python or TypeScript environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with founders, customers, and senior engineers
• A bias toward ownership, execution, and simplicity
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, low-process environment
• Enthusiasm for modern developer tooling, including AI coding assistants
• Unfortunately this role cannot offer visa sponsorship
