They’re looking for a genuinely senior Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in small, high-performing teams and enjoys operating with autonomy.
You’ll likely have:
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong product mindset and customer empathy
- Experience building across the full stack in either Python or TypeScript environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with founders, customers, and senior engineers
- A bias toward ownership, execution, and simplicity
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, low-process environment
- Enthusiasm for modern developer tooling, including AI coding assistants
- Unfortunately this role cannot offer visa sponsorship
