Netsuite Implementation Consultant

This is a brand-new role for a NetSuite Implementation Consultant with a global professional services company that’s making waves in business transformation and Cloud ERP solutions. With the UK customer base growing rapidly, they’re expanding the team.

You’ll play a key part in the UK team, progressing and supporting NetSuite implementation projects to ensure they run smoothly and successfully.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running full end-to-end system implementations
• Advising customers on industry best practices tailored to their needs.
• Working closely with business users to understand their needs and spot any system gaps.
• Designing high-level and detailed process flows
• Becoming an expert in Suite Success Methodology Creating best practice documents, training materials, and delivering training sessions.
• Running project retrospectives to keep improving.
• Overseeing data migration, QA testing, and UAT strategies.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience with:

• NetSuite implementations with at least two full-cycle projects under your belt.
• NetSuite financial modules (e.g., Warehousing/Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail).
• Building great relationships with both clients and internal teams.
• Gathering and documenting customer requirements and mapping them to NetSuite functionality.
• A range of NetSuite modules and their applications.
• Working in a consultative role with direct client interaction.
• Delivering training sessions to end users.
• Core financial modules and general accounting processes/systems.
• Familiarity with Suite Success Methodology .
