We are looking for an experienced IT Field Technician to support a multinational industrial client across several UK manufacturing sites.

Locations
Main activity around Blackburn, with regular travel to sites including:
- Leyland
- Thurmaston
- Flint
- Bridgwater
Travel and mileage expenses covered according to company policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Support Windows environments, printers and mobile devices
- Assist with Office 365 and Azure administration
- Coordinate with remote international IT teams
- Travel between customer sites when required
Technical Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Field Support or similar hands-on roles
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
- Good knowledge of:
- Windows OS
- Office 365 Admin Center
- Azure environments
- Networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
