Our client is a growing SaaS and FinTech company.
They build award-winning software for trading, payments and real-time market data analytics, and they're looking to hire Application / Production Support Engineers.
You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting edge applications, support real-time, low latency software.
You’ll be key in building out their SRE and DevOps area too, working with Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP), monitoring tools and drive automation and the CI/CD pipeline.
Working directly with key stakeholders you'll be part of a very technical team, looking at root cause analysis, proactive automation and troubleshooting.
You'll be able to take real ownership of issues and also be heavily involved in project work and strategic engineering programmes.
Requirements:
- Experience in an Application Support Engineering / SRE / DevOps Support role
- An understaning of FIX and other messaging services
- Networking experience
- Automation and scripting (Python, Bash etc) skills
- Great knowledge of Linux, networking and SQL etc
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD (Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, OpenShift etc)
