Data Scientist - up to £90k - 4 days a week in London (flexible hours)

We’re working with a fast-growing international digital platform seeking a Data Scientist to help build intelligent, data-driven user experiences at scale.

This role sits within a high-performing product and technology team focused on personalisation, behavioural analytics, and machine learning systems that support millions of daily interactions across global audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing recommendation and personalisation algorithms
• Building NLP models for content classification, trend detection, and sentiment analysis
• Creating real-time analytics and engagement dashboards
• Designing experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
• Translating editorial and commercial objectives into scalable technical solutions
• Supporting data strategy and performance optimisation across digital channels

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building and deploying ML models in production
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with cloud-based data infrastructure
• Knowledge of recommendation systems, NLP, or behavioural analytics
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
