I am looking for a Delivery Manager to work with cross-functional Product & Engineering teams, helping them deliver high-quality outcomes in a predictable, sustainable way.
This isn’t a traditional PM role — it’s about improving flow, removing bottlenecks, and enabling teams to perform at their best.
What you’ll do:
- Improve delivery flow (WIP, cycle time, throughput)
- Coach teams using Agile, Lean & Kanban
- Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering
What we’re looking for:
- Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery background
- Strong flow-based mindset (not just Scrum ceremonies)
- Experience in product engineering environments
- Comfortable working with engineers (DevOps/CI/CD awareness a plus)
