DevOps Support Engineer - £45K - Remote

Our client is one of the country’s leading professional services companies, based in the City of London with very flexible working.

Within their growing Digital team they’re looking to hire a DevOps Support Engineer.

You’ll work across Cloud (GCP), DevOps and Platform (Kubernetes) operations, supporting production services.

You’ll be key in the day-to-day operational health of the Digital team’s products and work will cover monitoring, incident management and resolution and end user support.

Requirements:

Experience of operational support, DevOps and / or platform
Experience supporting production software
GCP knowledge and experience
Experience of Jira, Slack and Freshdesk
Knowledge of AuthO, Kubernetes and Google Workspace
Good understanding of web applications and Cloud
Good communication and interpersonal skills
