Title: Engineering Manager

Salary: £100,000–£110,000

Remote First, London once per month

We're working with a growing technology organisation looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help shape culture, elevate engineering standards and build high-performing teams.

This is a hands-off leadership role focused on people management, coaching, pastoral care and creating an environment where engineers can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Leading and developing engineers, team leads and future leaders

✔ Driving engineering quality, standards and best practices across multiple teams

✔ Improving ways of working, delivery effectiveness and team health

✔ Coaching managers and engineers to reach their full potential

✔ Partnering with Product and Delivery teams to support successful outcomes

✔ Building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and engineering excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Passion for developing others and building great team cultures
• Experience improving engineering processes, standards and delivery practices
• Comfortable operating across multiple teams and stakeholders

A background in Python, TypeScript and/or GCP would be beneficial, but it's by no means essential. We're far more interested in exceptional people leaders than technology specialists.
