Oliver Bernard are partnered with a high-growth tech business investing heavily into AI automation, internal tooling, and agentic systems across the company. They’re now hiring an AI Engineer to help build the next generation of production-ready AI applications.

This is a chance to join a small, highly technical team where you’ll have genuine ownership, autonomy, and the ability to ship quickly.

💻 What you’ll be working on:

• AI-powered internal products and automation platforms

• LLM applications, AI agents, and RAG workflows in production

• End-to-end engineering across backend systems and infrastructure

• Building tools that directly impact operational efficiency at scale

⚙️ What they’re looking for:

• Strong software engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript

• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, or workflow automation

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or containerised environments

• Product-minded engineers who enjoy solving real business problems
