Java Software Engineer

I’m currently partnering with a global financial services organisation looking to hire multiple Java Engineers for a high-profile programme delivering next-generation trading and enterprise platform capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced engineering team working on high-performance, distributed systems, with a strong focus on event-driven architecture and scalable microservices.

Key requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with Java (Java 11+)
• Proven expertise building event-driven / event-based systems
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, MQ, or similar messaging technologies
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience in low-latency, high-throughput environments
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP) beneficial
• Background within financial services / banking / capital markets highly desirable

More informaion:

• Twice a month in London (Liverpool Street)
• £700-£900p/d inside IR35
• Initial 6 months
