Junior Linux Sys Admin - £30K - £50K

Our client is a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, building cutting-edge data platforms for companies around the world.

In their central London office, hybrid working, they’re looking to hire a Junior Linux-focussed Support Engineer / Sys Admin - Someone keen to learn and develop - a "2nd jobber"

You’ll work across everything from desktop and EUC support to network support, Linux and server engineering, ongoing automation projects and supporting Java applications and integrations.

Requirements:

IT and Infrastructure support experience
Experience of user-facing IT and tech support
Linux skills
Kowledge of networking (VLANs, Firewalls, routing, switching etc)
Bash scripting
Docker exp woulw be ideal
An understanding of Java applications and MySQL would be ideal
Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly, approach to work
CompTIA certification(s) would be ideal
