Lead AI Engineer – Client-facing | London (Hybrid) – Up to £115k + bonus

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI consultancy transforming how enterprise organisations adopt and scale AI.

You’ll be building production-grade AI systems used by major enterprise clients, working with cutting-edge LLMs, agent frameworks, and cloud-native AI infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and deploying enterprise AI applications
• Building intelligent agent workflows using Autogen & LangGraph
• Working with OpenAI + Azure AI services in production
• Driving AI integration across enterprise platforms and data systems
• Mentoring engineers and shaping technical delivery standards
• Experimenting with emerging AI capabilities before they hit mainstream adoption

Tech Stack: Python, Azure AI, OpenAI, Autogen, LangGraph, Langfuse, Docker, Kubernetes, Vector DBs, CI/CD

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience shipping production AI/LLM systems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with AI observability & MLOps
• Someone who enjoys solving complex enterprise problems with practical AI

📍 Hybrid London (3 days onsite)

💰 £100k–£115k + bonus
