Oliver Bernard have partnered with an industry-leading AI consultancy helping enterprise organisations deploy AI products and agentic systems into production. Following strong growth and increasing demand from global clients, they're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to help shape the next phase of delivery.

You'll lead the design and deployment of AI applications, working across LLMs, multi-agent systems and enterprise integrations. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, technical leadership responsibilities and direct client exposure.

Required Skills & Experience 💻

  • Strong Python engineering background
  • Commercial experience building LLM or agent-based applications
  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph, AutoGen or similar frameworks
  • AWS or Azure cloud experience
  • Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps knowledge
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
  • Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills

Up to £115k + bonus
