OB are currently partnered with a leading AI-Native consultancy who are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the development of advanced LLM systems and agentic architectures within a growing AI engineering team.

This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, guiding engineers while remaining highly hands-on in building and shipping AI systems.

🧠 What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of LLM-powered products

• Architect agentic workflows and multi-agent systems

• Build scalable RAG pipelines and LLM architectures

• Mentor engineers through pair programming and technical guidance

• Work closely with stakeholders to shape AI solutions to complex problems

• Help define best practices for production AI engineering

🛠 Tech stack

• Python

• LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)

• RAG pipelines

• Claude / modern LLM APIs

• AI workflow orchestration

👀 Requirements

• Strong experience building production LLM systems

• Deep expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks

• Experience designing LLM architectures and agentic systems

• Background across software engineering, data engineering, or data science

• Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions
