An innovative AI consultancy partnering with globally recognised AI labs is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the development of advanced GenAI solutions across enterprise clients.

The role

• Lead the build and deployment of scalable LLM applications
• Design RAG systems, AI agents, and vector search solutions
• Mentor engineers and shape technical direction
• Work directly with clients to turn business needs into AI products

What they need

• Proven experience building production LLM applications
• Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
• Solid Python engineering skills and API development experience
• Experience deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders
