Lead Python Developer

Lead Python Developer Hybrid in London (3 Days) Up to £115K Python, AWS, React, TypeScript, Microservices

OB has partnered with a specialist AI consulting firm that works with large-scale enterprises to help them transform into AI and data-driven organisations.

With extensive experience in delivering AI transformation for enterprise clients, they are now expanding their engineering team and hiring multiple Lead Engineers to join a range of exciting new projects. These projects span several sectors, including Finance, GreenTech, Utilities, Private Equity, and more.

The positions are primarily backend-focused (around 80%) but will also involve contributions to frontend development and cloud-native architecture.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience, including previous responsibility for leading small teams
• Strong, demonstrable expertise in Python
• Experience with frontend technologies - ideally React
• Solid background working with cloud-native technologies, preferably AWS
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• A consulting background will be significantly advantageous

Salary: £90k - £115k

Discretionary bonus scheme
