Platform Engineer - Security - £100K

Our client is one of the country's leading FinTechs and a growing Challenger Bank.

With hybrid working in central London, they’re looking to hire an experienced Platform / DevOps Engineer into their Security Engineering team to drive this area forwards.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, in an AWS environment, building CI/CD pipelines, tooling and process automation and ensuring Security is at the heart of everything.

You'll work closely with software developers, quants and trading engineers to design and implement security architecture, a DevSecOps mindset and build out this function

The team are very agile and work in a continuous deployment environment to support live trading applications and drive solutions that are reusable, scalable and driven by infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of Platform / DevOps / Systems Engineering
• Good knowledge of Security, Cyber and DevSecOps
• A passion for Information Security and desire to do more
• Terraform experience and knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC)
• AWS Cloud exp
• Experience of containerisation and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience in a trading, finance or FinTech environment would be ideal
