Staff/Principal Python Developer - Remote - AI BioTech

OB have partnered with a BioTech scale up, who are leveraging AI and deploying agents to improve and automate processes, to improve the speed and cost at which drug development takes place.

Off the back of a very successful funding round, they are looking to grow their tech team, and are looking for a Staff/Principal Level Python Developer, where you will be completely hands-on, shaping the architecture, influencing engineering standards, and building components that support regulated AI workflows.

Staff/Principal Python Developer - Remote - AI BioTech

This role with sit in the intersection of backend systems, data process, and AI-driven workflows.

Key skills and experience:

Strong experience with Python & API's

Demonstrated Architectural experience

FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS

AI Systems and LLM workflows

Fully remote working available in the UK - you must be based & have full rights to work in the UK to be considered.

Pays £120k-£200k + equity, depending on skills and experience
