We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support the delivery of complex digital product initiatives for a large and well-established UK-based organisation.

What you’ll do
- Lead analysis and delivery of complex digital product initiatives across customer journeys and platforms
- Own and manage product backlogs, aligning priorities with product roadmaps and business goals
- Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, UX and data teams to define solutions and deliver user-centred experiences
- Analyse business needs, risks, dependencies and technical constraints to support product delivery
- Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements
- Use data, KPIs and insight to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Manage cross-team dependencies and communicate progress to key stakeholders
Experience required
- Strong experience delivering digital products or complex change initiatives in Agile environments
- Proven experience writing user stories and clear acceptance criteria
- Experience managing product backlogs and supporting roadmap delivery
- Experience working with CMS platforms to support digital content and customer journeys
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to analyse business requirements, data and technical dependencies
- Experience working closely with product, engineering and design teams
