We’re partnering with a rapidly growing technology business looking to hire a Staff Engineer to help shape architecture and technical strategy across a suite of core products.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on complex engineering challenges, AI-first product development, and driving architectural excellence across multiple teams.

Key experience:

• Data architecture across OLTP & OLAP environments
• Modern product engineering across distributed systems
• AI-first engineering and SDLC transformation
• Technical leadership across cross-functional teams
• MVP / 0-1 thinking and architecture evolution
• Cloud-native environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities

You’ll work closely with Technical Leads, Product and Engineering leadership to shape strategy, improve engineering practices, and support teams delivering at scale.
