Senior Business Analyst – Counterparty Onboarding

📍 London / Hybrid (2-days in office)

💵 £800 Inside IR35

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a counterparty onboarding transformation within a fast-paced energy trading environment.

What you’ll do

• Define and document the end-to-end counterparty onboarding lifecycle
• Gather requirements across Front Office, Legal, Risk, Credit, Ops & IT
• Design and implement onboarding workflows and controls
• Translate requirements into ETRM system configuration (Endur)
• Define data flows, mappings, and business rules
• Support setup of counterparty data, agreements (EFET), and trading permissions

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a BA in energy / commodity trading
• Strong knowledge of ETRM systems (Endur preferred)
• Understanding of counterparty data & onboarding processes
• Experience with data mapping, workflows, and system integration
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
