Senior Engineering Lead - React, Next.js

Hybrid working in Central London, 2 days onsite per week.

Salary paying up to £120k + benefits

Oliver Bernard are partnered with a FinTech scale up who are looking for a Senior Engineering Lead to own two of their newest user focused web products.

This role will involve a mix of hands on development, team management (inc line management), and working with senior stakeholders to influence function direction.

The role will initially focus on delivery/project management and being hands on in the code, but over time will transition into management and high level team/technical leadership. There will also be the opportunity to build a team from scratch and you can expect to have two small teams reporting into you.

Tech Stack is React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Azure.

This is a hybrid role, working in their London office 2 days per week.

Salary is paying £110k-£120k + strong benefits.
