Full time | Paying £100k–£130k + bonus

Oliver Bernard have partnered with a fast-growing FinTech in London who are putting AI engineering at the forefront of how they build software and deliver best-in-class products for their customers.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is actively using AI in their professional work and would feel confident leading on AI engineering best practices.

You’ll join as one of the first hires in this area. This team focuses on making other engineering teams more efficient through the adoption of AI tools and practices. The role will involve experimenting, building prototypes, and validating what works best for both engineering teams and the wider business.

This will be a strong fit if you enjoy fast-paced environments (think start-up within a scale-up) and want real ownership over your work.

You’ll need to be pro-AI and already be using AI-assisted tools and agents such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, etc.

Tech stack: Python, React, TypeScript, AWS/GCP, DevOps, AI, LLMs.
