Senior Software Engineer (IC) | SaaS | Series A | Remote

We're currently partnered with an exciting SaaS company that’s scaling rapidly. They’re now looking for a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) to play a key role in shaping their product and engineering culture.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to work closely with leadership while remaining hands-on.

💼 The Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Take ownership of key product features end-to-end
• Build scalable, high-performance applications
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineers
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend: React
• Backend: Python
• Languages: TypeScript
• Cloud/Infra: Modern cloud environment (AWS/GCP)
• Practices: CI/CD, microservices, API-first design

✅ Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in React, Python, and TypeScript
• Proven experience working in SaaS environments
• Experience in startup or scale-up (Series A+) environments
• Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience scaling products post-Series A
• Exposure to DevOps or cloud infrastructure
• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience
