Senior Software Engineer (IC) | HealthTech SaaS | Series A | Remote

We’re working with a rapidly scaling Series A HealthTech SaaS business that’s building impactful, real-world technology and gaining strong momentum in the market.

They’re now hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Individual Contributor) to help drive product development and influence engineering direction. This role offers a balance of ownership, autonomy, and hands-on delivery across the full stack, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

💼 The Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Lead the development of key product features from concept through to deployment
• Build and optimise scalable applications across web and mobile platforms
• Work across the full stack using modern frameworks and tools
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
• Support the evolution of engineering standards and best practices

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend (Web): React, TypeScript
• Mobile: Flutter
• Backend: Python (Django)
• Cloud/Infrastructure: AWS / GCP
• Practices: CI/CD, microservices, API-first design

✅ Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full stack development skills, particularly with React, TypeScript, and Python (Django)
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
• Background working in startup or scale-up environments (Series A or beyond)
• Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership
• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills

• Experience within HealthTech or regulated industries
• Exposure to scaling products in early-stage growth phases
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or DevOps practices
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
