Senior Product Designer – Would you like the opportunity to work for a leading organisation, where you will come in and help redefine their end-to-end booking experience. You’ll design seamless, intuitive journeys that make it easy for people to discover, connect, and commit to experiences that support their wellbeing. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to simplify complex booking flows and create a product that feels inclusive, and frictionless.

As a Senior Product Designer you’ll design of end-to-end booking journeys, from discovery and scheduling through to confirmation and post-booking engagement while also being responsible for designing a variety of use cases including group sessions, recurring bookings, and multi-step scheduling.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer working on complex booking systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX thinking, particularly in multi-step or transactional journeys
• Ability to simplify complexity and design for diverse user needs and edge cases
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma
