Senior Product Manager - AI / Data SaaS Platform
Title: Senior Product Manager (Head of Product)
Salary: £90-120k + equity
Location: Central London, 1-2 days per week
We’re working with a well-funded, early-stage startup building an AI-first platform transforming a major global industry that needs disrupting.
As a Senior Product Manager you’ll be the first and most senior Product Manager in the business, working directly with an experienced founding team to take a product from early momentum → global scale.

What you’ll be doing:
- Translate complex data and industry challenges into simple, usable products
- Lead customer discovery and shape product direction from real-world insights
- Own and drive the product roadmap, balancing impact, commercial goals, and engineering capacity
- Work closely with a high-calibre engineering team to ship quickly and effectively
- Introduce lightweight product processes to support scale (without slowing things down)
- Define product success metrics and ensure real-world impact
What is expected for a Senior Product Manager:
- 5+ years in Product Management (ideally B2B SaaS or data-led products)
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Proven ability to ship impactful products end-to-end
- Strong customer discovery and problem definition skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Commercially minded with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
- Hands-on mindset, not just strategy
