Senior Product Manager

I’m currently working with a rapidly scaling fintech organisation that are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join their growing Core Product team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex customer problems, driving experimentation, and building customer-centric digital products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

📍 London – hybrid working

💷 £75-£85k

The role will involve:

• Owning product strategy and roadmap delivery
• Leading product experiments and optimisation initiatives
• Building customer-facing guidance and proposition experiences
• Managing products across the full lifecycle
• Working closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Compliance teams
• Improving end-to-end customer journeys
• Using customer insight and data to shape product decisions
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years’ Product Management experience
• A background in fast-paced B2C product environments
• Experience shipping consumer-facing digital products
• Strong experimentation and growth mindset
• Full product lifecycle delivery experience
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and limited data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A highly analytical and customer-focused approach
