A market leading SaaS company with a global presence. They are a remote first organisation with a distributed team spread across the UK and will be continuing to scale over the next 12 - 18 months.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Ruby
• Strong knowledge of TDD
• Expereice with DevOps / JavaScript / Rust would be a bonus
• Experience with complex applications
• Advocate best practices whilst coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
