I'm working with a fast-scaling fintech transforming how businesses take in person payments across Europe processing billions in transactions.

- Lead a cross-functional engineering team
- Guiding the technical direction
- Deliver customer-facing features end-to-end
- Partner closely with Product & Design
- Drive high standards across architecture
🧠What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with either .NET and/or React
- Experience leading & mentoring engineers
- Proven delivery in agile environments
- Solid understanding of APIs, cloud-native systems & architecture
🏢 Contract & Setup
- 6 months initial
- ÂŁ550 per day
- Outside IR35
- London-based, office-first (4+ days/week)
