Lead Developer - C#, SQL, SSIS, SSAS, ETL - £110,000 + Market Leading package

I'm currently partnered with a leading trading organisation that's looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of technical direction, mentor a talented team, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

As Lead Developer, you'll be responsible for:

• Defining and leading the technical vision across key projects
• Partnering with stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
• Mentoring engineers, fostering growth, and building an inclusive, high-performing team
• Driving best practice in architecture, code quality, and modern development approaches
• Delivering robust, test-driven software solutions using the latest tools and methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in .NET (C#), SQL Server, SSIS/SSAS, T-SQL
• Experience of data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
• Exposure with React/Angular/TypeScript
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Proven track record of leading development teams and engaging with stakeholders
• Commodities trading experience is a plus but not essential
