Analytics Manager

Analytics Manager - Manchester - Hybrid (2 days WFH) - £60,000-£70,000 + Bonus

We're looking for an Analytics Manager to lead the development and delivery of analytics solutions across the business - from Power BI dashboards and predictive forecasting to Python automation and data-driven strategy.

This is an opportunity to own analytics end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders to turn insight into action and shape how data informs every decision we make.

• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Build predictive models that support forecasting and strategic planning

• Use Python and SQL to automate, analyse, and uncover value

• Drive best practice in data quality, governance, and storytelling

• Mentor and inspire a growing team of data specialists

• Proven experience in analytics or BI (preferably within professional services)

• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python

• Experience with predictive modelling or statistical analysis

• A proactive, commercial mindset and ability to translate data into decisions
