BPA Technical Manager
I am recruiting on behalf of a successfully expanding business who are looking to hire a technical manager to lead a growing tea.You will be involved in growing a team of technical analysts with expertise in DB calculations, GMP equalisation and scheme onboarding as part of a wider administration system implementation project - this position includes technical/ hands on involvement.

Location: Manchester - hybrid working modelSalary: up to £106,000 dependant on experience. Requirements: - Strong experience in DB Pensions - non-negotiable.- Team management (>5 direct reports).- Experienced in pension calculations - both manual and developing proformas.
