The role:

Are you a proven Business Analyst ready to step up in a massive transformation project?

This position will allow you to use all your motor insurance and claims journey knowledge throughout an exciting transformation to implement a world class end to end motor claims platform. You will work closely with your Project Manager and the Head of Motor Transformation to ensure this innovation is delivered with success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive business requirements - Work with stakeholders to define and document detailed business and functional requirements for the new motor claims platform.
  • Liaise between teams - Act as a bridge between internal business teams, the Head of Motor Transformation, and external development partners to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee delivery and testing - Manage testing phases, and quality assurance to ensure the platform is delivered to a high standard.
  • Support transformation initiatives - Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts across the claims journey, ensuring successful adoption of the new platform.

Your Profile:

  • Proven expertise in the motor insurance sector, ideally in a business analyst position.
  • Strong understanding of the claims journey and previous experience dealing with claims projects.
  • Confident in being the bridge between business and technology throughout delivery.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and communication skills - the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
