I'm currently working with a fast-growing tech-driven organisation looking to hire a Development Team Lead to join their expanding engineering function.

This is a great opportunity for someone who still enjoys being close to the code, but wants to step into a role with real ownership across delivery, team leadership, and technical direction.

The Role:You'll lead a team of engineers, driving delivery across key projects while setting technical standards and mentoring developers as the team scales.

What you'll be doing: Leading day-to-day development activities and ensuring high-quality delivery Acting as the bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders Contributing to architecture decisions and technical strategy Mentoring developers and supporting their growth Driving best practices across code quality, testing, and deployment

What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Team Lead Strong hands-on background across modern tech stacks Experience leading or mentoring engineers Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
