  • Coordinate activities across internal IT teams and third-party suppliers supporting Microsoft 365, SAP and reporting platforms

  • Identify project risks and issues early, implementing mitigation plans to keep delivery on track

  • Coordinate and manage key transition and go-live events across the technology stack

  • Provide clear communication and reporting to both technical teams and business stakeholders

Essential Skills
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream IT infrastructure projects

  • Strong project management background within enterprise technology environments

  • Previous hands-on technical experience in areas such as networking, server administration, Azure or Microsoft 365

  • Experience coordinating and managing third-party IT suppliers or systems integrators

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and operational teams

  • Ability to proactively identify risks and take ownership of issue resolution

  • Experience delivering infrastructure changes within large or complex organisations

Desirable Skills
  • Experience delivering IT carve-outs, separations or post-acquisition technology programmes

  • Previous experience supporting or delivering Microsoft 365 migrations

  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP or Qlik
