Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst - Manchester - Hybrid (3 days on-site) - Up to £50k

Client Details:

A data-driven recruitment organisation based in Manchester is looking for an MDM Analyst to support and improve its master data capability, with Tamr at the core of its MDM platform.

The Role:

• Support day-to-day operation of the Tamr platform
• Ensure data quality, integrity and accurate mastering across key data domains
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and Analytics teams
• Contribute to data governance and stewardship initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor data pipelines, review matching outcomes and validate mastered records
• Perform data correction, enrichment and validation activities
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues
• Support onboarding of new data sources into Tamr
• Document data standards and quality rules

Profile:

• Experience in an MDM, Data Analyst or Data Steward role
• Knowledge of Tamr or similar MDM tools (Informatica, Reltio, Ataccama)
• Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset
• SQL and Excel skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Desirable: Python or scripting exposure; recruitment/CRM/ATS data experience
