About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, you'll be responsible for overseeing PMO activities across complex initiatives, ensuring strong governance, consistency, and high-quality delivery.

This is not a "maintenance" PMO role - they're looking for someone who can actively contribute to improving processes, frameworks, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and drive PMO governance across programmes and projects

* Ensure consistent delivery standards, reporting, and controls

* Support end-to-end project delivery frameworks

* Work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders

* Identify and implement process improvements across PMO and delivery

* Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making

Key Requirements

* Strong PMO leadership experience within the legal sector (essential)

* Solid project delivery background with end-to-end lifecycle knowledge

* Experience working in similar-sized law firms or complex environments

* Strong understanding of governance, controls, and reporting

* Ability to drive improvements and add value beyond BAU

* Excellent stakeholder management skills
