Are you a Project Manager with experience delivering regulatory change and the ability to see and tie moving parts together?
We are looking for a Project Manager with Financial Services experience to deliver business and technology change, in line with the tactical needs of the business. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of individual projects and act within a pivotal role, gluing together various delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution ensuing adherence to project methodologies and timelines.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams by creating a shared vision and maintain focus throughout the whole delivery.
- Oversee project budgeting and forecasting by maintaining budgets and ensuring the financial forecasts align with project process.
Profile:
- Must have experience within Financial Services, specifically regulation and a solid understanding of the FCA.
- Understanding of how to engage and test with the FCA.
- Bring a spark to the team and the drive to build the best performing team.
- Proven track record dealing with challenging SMEs, tech partners or customers.
- Project management qualifications, such as Prince2 or PMP.
- Experience optimising processes working with outsourced and globally distributed technology delivery teams.
