You'll support the delivery of new business projects, coordinating change from initiation through to implementation. What You'll Be Doing
- Producing PIDs, project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables for new business initiatives, including all required governance
- Coordinating business, operational, technology and third-party activity to deliver projects to agreed scope, time and budget
- Managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies tied to product launch, process change and operational readiness, escalating where needed
- Leading project governance, status reporting and stakeholder communications across sponsors, business teams and delivery partners
- Managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners, with clear accountability and performance oversight against milestones, scope and quality
- Ensuring project outputs support business readiness, customer outcomes, control requirements and quality standards
- Working cross-functionally with distribution, operations, compliance and technology to remove blockers and keep delivery on track
- Supporting implementation, post-launch review, lessons learned and handover into business as usual

- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with genuine attention to detail
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources and implementation activity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable reporting to and coordinating with senior stakeholders

- Experience with new business, product, proposition, distribution or operational change projects in insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches
- Experience in a regulated insurance or financial services environment
- Commercial awareness, including supplier governance and third-party management in complex delivery settings
