QA Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing the overall QA strategy, structure, and processes-ensuring they align with both business goals and IT delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). You will also act as a Test Lead on a major transformation programme, owning the test strategy and managing resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.

I'm working with a leading insurance firm that is currently looking to hire a QA Manager to lead and evolve QA practices across IT and project teams.In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing the overall QA strategy, structure, and processes-ensuring they align with both business goals and IT delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). You will also act as a Test Lead on a major transformation programme, owning the test strategy and managing resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• At least 2 years in a QA leadership role
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Experience in managing QA across large-scale transformation projects
