Senior RPA Developer / Power Automate Developer - Contract
Outside IR35 | Sussex (2 days/week onsite, flexible for the right candidate) | ASAP start (October)

Our client, a major player in Financial Services/Insurance, is moving away from Blue Prism and migrating its automation estate to Power Automate Desktop Flows. They're looking for an experienced RPA Developer to lead the lift-and-shift of existing processes into the new platform.

The Role:
You'll work closely with an in-house team of Blue Prism-experienced RPA Developers (plus a development team based in India) to assess and migrate existing automations, ensuring Power Automate is the right fit for each process before rebuilding it. This is a hands-on migration role requiring strong Power Automate expertise to complement the team's existing Blue Prism knowledge.

What You'll Need:

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism and Power Automate (Desktop Flows essential)
• Solid understanding of RPA best practice and automation principles
• Financial Services or Insurance sector experience desirable
• Comfortable working as part of a distributed team (in-house + offshore)

Contract Details:

• Duration: Initially to end of year, with strong likelihood of extension to March 2027
• Rate: Flexible, dependent on experience
• IR35 Status: Outside
• Location: Sussex, 2 days/week onsite (more remote considered for the right person)
• Start: ASAP - October start required
